It is in good condition with only a little bit of wear along the edge

It is metal with a wooden handle

but it seems to be a pioneer related bag likely for carrying additional charges

It has never been mounted on a bike. The paper label is still inside, although it is no longer glued on. Would be a great light for your restoration. The lens should be covered by a black out anyway.
