Sfera Rosso Litro NV Size:1 l Tequila Mezcal Challenge – 2019This is a co fermented blend of red and white grapes 30% Uva Rara, 30% Barbera, 25% Croatina, 25% Pinot Nero, 15% Riesling made with low sulfur and low alcohol, but highly chuggable with bright cherry and pomegranate notes and long mouthwatering finish. It is excellent with white meat and fish: clams, oysters, seafood, risottos, smoked fish in aromatic herbs.
