early white mohair Farnell like teddy bear with large card lined feet

Possibly made by Farnell soon after the book was published in 1908

a tiny white 1940s Farnell bear to try and show her colour more clearly

He has a decent covering of his blond mohair with some overall thinning and some small bare areas which are mostly around his snout but I would estimate he still retains about 90-95% coverage

He is made from both cream wool for his body and head and brown alpaca for his ears and pom poms! He has his original glass eyes, measures 18 inches long and is soft stuffed with kapok. Wonderfully he still has his original pink nose and mouth stitching . His paws have all been recovered with felt but you can just see underneath them that his original pads are made from felt too.
