They then take this Spirit and age it inside Charred American Oak casks for a minimum of 10 years before bottling. Spicy on the beginning with a touch of Black Pepper coming through before Sweeter Tropical notes take over with a Caramel, Toffee and Honey infusion and finished off with a Sweet Lingering taste!
