Elderton Shiraz 2018 Size:750ml lemon thyme and cantaloupe areDark fruit. Intense and concentrated. Oak is evident. Smokey. Tart and sour elements. Medium plus tannin and relatively high acidity. Lovely balance of fruit and secondary flavors blackberry and black cherry with tobacco and licorice on the midpalate and just a hint of almond or vanilla. Very acidic would be perfect with cheese.
