Tequila, Blanco, ElVelo [STRAPPED] Bottle:1 A big’unA nose of grapefruit zest with a hint of caramelized root vegetables leads to a mineral rich palate. Notes of fresh papaya and green peppercorn transition to a finish full of lift and subtle salinity. Surprisingly mellow for higher proof, initial hot burst of agave and subtle minerality, relatively short finish. I get that grassy fruit pit flavor, very subtle.
