but also has the tang of cola and fresh pepper

The wine has a real Figeac bouquet of blackcurrants

but they are needed by their meaty flesh

In the mouth it is straight, without heaviness on citrus fruits (especially lemon) and light white flowers. The finish is very saline. Pineapple, quince, buttery, smells like a Chardonnay. On the palate quite acidic, lime, pineapple again. Long aftertaste with lingering acids and a bitter touch.
