I used my own abstract weaving technique throughout in a combination of different widths and colors of felted wool

I love how the teak of the outer frame helps accent the colors in the hummingbird

but felt like the extra bit of magic and space that this cool fishy needed to swim in

Each piece was individually hand sewn onto a metal frame with coordinating colored thread to create the shape you see

These bowls are handmade in Turkey (Turkiye) from Olive Wood which do not require a tree to be cut, instead the wood is collected from the pruning
