If you have changed your clutch springs, installed any number of aftermarket modified clutch hubs, baskets etc, then you may have a cracked slave unit due to the added exertion put upon it. This support is designed to work with the OEM cover installed, which it bolts to the outside of, straddling the slave cylinder, thus preventing a cracked cover from
