Kaena Grenache Blend Cuvee Lucille Los Olivos District 2019 GSM-27 Wine Advocate Notes:From a small vineyard atop Ballard Canyon, this blend of 65% Grenache and 35% Syrah begins with aromas of boysenberry, loamy soil, burned vanilla and violet on the nose. The palate is hefty and pleasantly rugged, with sticky tannins framing flavors of baked black currant and smoked salt, with acidity persisting into the finish. Matt Kettmann
