Salers Gin 70cl Emporia Brands followed by Bittersweet Citrus PithProduced by taking 11 botanicals most notably including Gentian Root which is cultivated in Massif Central in small batches. The Gin is distilled in a Bain Marie in the stills of Gentian Salers in a slow distillation method to preserve the flavours and taste of the botanicals used. A Spicy Bodied Gin with notes of Gentian, Ginger and Pepper running throughout.
