George perfectly demonstrates the transformative power of upcycling. The Process: George was meticulously stripped back to bare wood before his frame underwent ebonizing, a technique that reacts with the natural tannins in the wood to achieve a rich, dark finish. The seat and back were then reupholstered in elegant off
