the rubber first foxing remains soft & flexible however strangely the midsole/friction itself show some hardening

all rubber remains soft & flexible except for the toe area which shows hardening & brittleness

rubber is a little dry at the toes however remains soft & flexible throughout

checkerboard scene on the left shoe only which also has white binding/stitching vs black on the right

vintage van's style #98 ~ US10.5 US1 the rubber first foxing remainsvintage van's style #98 slip on white canvas made in usa circa 1995 new US10. 5 UK9. 5 10 (gum waffle outsole portion measures 29cm) unworn however sadly THESE ARE DEFECTIVE & the entire first foxing has cured solidified. hairline cracks show in parts & the foxing stripe are will essentially shatter. the cure has also spread to the top edge of the friction which can be seen by medial discolouration. the uppers also show pinkish tones in areas from age
