The Storm of 2011 created major damage throughout the Lakeland area. The cloud formations in this image are called mammatus clouds and contain considerable energy. You can almost see little twisters in the clouds as well. Tornadoes did rip through the area creating lot of damage both to property and to the forest environment. Swaths of forest
