Human UBQLN2 (Ubiquilin-2) ELISA Kit Packaging:96 wells The concentration of PSMA7 in

The concentration of PSMA7 in the sample was calculated by drawing a standard curve

a capture antibody-BMP-10-biotin-detection antibody complex was formed

Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated FOXO1 antibody

IL32 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells

The concentration of IL3 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve

Human UBQLN2 (Ubiquilin-2) ELISA Kit Packaging:96 wells The concentration of PSMA7 inThe Human UBQLN2 (Ubiquilin 2) ELISA Kit measures UBQLN2 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti UBQLN2 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection
