Incredibly interesting stuff, this is. Nose: Vanilla y barley, with peanut brittle and dried apricot. Subtle white chocolate notes develop. Palate: Coffee bean spiciness, leading into rich toffee, treacle and toasted oak. Finish: Peppercorn and Sherry soaked cherries.
