The palate is full and firm with intense raspberry, interwoven with blackcurrant fruits, vanilla and spice, finishing long and rich with hints of tobacco. Allow to breathe, even decant, and will only get better and better 7 10 years. Best served with roast beef or a rack of lamb. Produced from certified organic estate
