All we can figure out is this wonderful release is made by taking the same recipe for their exquisite Gin Ting original Gin but instead infusing this with a Guyanese Rum

Damoiseau Rhum Blanc 40 White Rum 70cl 70cl It is a Floral GinTo produce this little number, the Damoiseau team Ferment and Distil Pure Sugar Cane Juice, or 'Vsou', White Rum or 'White Grape' which is obtained at the end of the distillation process with an alcohol level of 70 before being aged in Wood Barrels for 3 to 6 months. The result is a White Rum with a unique blend of Refined Sugar Cane infused with Fragrant Flowers and Spices, a great addition in cocktails.
