Slightly acidic, pairs well with cheese and greasy food, but I had it alone and was great. It is a wonderful blend of sensations. Tangy at a beginning but fast turns into flavour of dry plumb. This is delicious! Light bodied, full of fruit, even better: full of energy. Bottled Duracell rabbit. I did not check but the terroir must be old volcano and not vertile soil. Drinking this is like sucking these
