A fairly scarce section alloy single line key WHITSTONE & BRIDGERULE-BUDE" from the former  London & South Western Railway on the section of the  North Cornwall Railway closed in 1966

this fine bell was recovered from Wrexham North Signal Box

Here we have a standard 12 volt trembler bell as was fitted to many signal boxes across Britain

This photo shows the locomotive  in works grey when new

SIGNAL BOX SHELF BRACKET. ship-zone-d A fairly scarce section alloyA Great Western Railway cast iron signal box shelf bracket, these fine brackets were only ever used in signal boxes and supported a large shelf above the windows and were used to store lamps and train registers etc. This example has many layers of old paint adding a nice patina, the pictures show such a bracket in Hallen Marsh signal box. The bracket measures 10 1 2" X 10 1 2".
