Distilleria Gualco Grappa Cortese Di Gavi 70cl broffer Based on a secret 1813From Distilleria Gualco comes their Cortese Di Gavi Grappa which uses Cortese Grapes from the Gavi Hills (hence the name). The Pomace is distilled inside a Water bath before being allowed a 6 month maturation inside Stainless Steel tanks before bottling resulting in a Grappa with plenty of Dry Sweet notes and a Floral body throughout.
