These alternator brackets are made from 6061 T6 billet aluminium and are designed to suit Small Block Ford Windsor 289-302 V8s with a Standard Mounted alternator on the left hand side (Australian Passenger Side) of the motor and the left hand side radiator Water pump hose

The LS1 alternator itself are 1kg heavier when compared to the OEM unit due to the extra windings to produce a higher amperage output but overall the complete kit including the block bracket
