Quite spicy, worked nose. Juicy, fleshy initially with plenty of black hued fruit and oak; which lends a woody quality to the drying, slightly chalky tannins. Enjoy with smoked or roasted meats, sharp cheeses and dishes with rich flavorful sauces.
