Winemaker produces since 1964(!) only biological wines as one of Frances pioneering organic (now certified biodynamic) wine estates. Velvet textured aromas of cherry jelly, bramble, blackcurrant, with soft herbal imprint. High in anthocyans, chewy tannins. Grown on clay limestone.
