I usually paint from a photo reference and "Happy Hour at Savary" is from one of my photos

From Okanagan Falls you head up to See ya Later Ranch winery and take in the Vista of Skaha Lake and Penticton

Inspiration was everywhere but the colors of the water brought me to paint this tranquil scene

I got out of my car and walked about taking snaps of anything that looked interesting

Walk with daddy Cars and Trucks " and I really can'tI walked across to the park one afternoon to see what I could see and infact caught this charming scene of a daddy walking very slowly, down the path, holding tightly the hand of his sweet little girl. The fact that she was wearing the cutest pink coat just completed the vision.
