Today, they still cultivate their olive trees, vines and lemon trees here, among the wild open spaces of the beautiful Sicilian macchia, full of aromatic herbs and ancient wild olive trees. Their classic blend is a mix of Biancolilla, Cerasuola and Nocellara del Belice olives, used at different quantities each year in order
