Desiderius Pongracz Noble Nectar CC Testalonga Highland Park 30yo 1989Sourced from vineyards in the coastal region with varying slope orientation, soils and micro climates, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were harvested by hand and placed in small baskets to prevent bruising. In the cellar the juice of the two grape varieties were kept separate and whole bunch pressed with only the best cuve used as the base wine. After secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine was left to mature on the lees for a minimum of 24
