Tsutsugaki Furoshiki - "Three Friends of Winter" sakiori wave-like patternTraditional wrapping cloth decorated with tsutsugaki. The central crest depicts ivy and karabana flowers, and is surrounded on all sides with pine, plum, and bamboo. This pieces panels are hand stitched together and the corners have been reinforced with sashiko. Kanji is stitched into one of the corners, presumably the owner's name. Dimensions: 52. 5 x 56in; 133 x 142 cm Early 1900's
