Although not as pronounced as its fellow peated neighbours, it is still unmistakably a classic Islay malt. Predominantly matured in ex bourbon casks. Bottled at 43%. Nose: Subdued, citric fruitiness; a whiff of bath oil and dentist's mouthwash. Fresh and appetising with soft smoke. Palate: Good
