Petane Edelzwicker 2021 dry farmed creating a textural and balancedThe Drinking A delicate light blush colour, this wine shows concentrated white stone fruits, peach, persimmon and lanolin, underscored with bright energetic acidity, dried herbs and baled hay. This wine is best enjoyed chilled when the days draw out and start to heat up and matches well with oysters, cockles, pipis and paddle crabs. The Growing Warm dry conditions prevailed in the Autumn of 2021 and will go down as another all time classic growing
