Mina runner 342 x 240cmA lovely early twentieth century Yomut Turkmen ensi, a genuine tribal piece originally woven as a tent door hanging. The rectangular panels are filled with pekvesh motifs and each within an ivory border of 'x' motifs repeated in main outer border; a band of Yomut eagle motifs in each narrow elem. We have done substantial restoration to this special piece, reweaving the blue selvedges, patching and darning the small holes and tidying up the ends which
