The band's self titled debut was the first UK soul album to land on the Billboard Top 200, and Second Time Round put them back on the US charts and while touring behind it, Cymande became the first British band to headline the Apollo Theater in Harlem. The album carries the singles "Crawshay," "Fug" and "Genevieve."
