Vines are 25 years and certified organic. El Espejo is a unique vineyard of about 3. 6 hectares planted in 1999 by Isaac. It has a northwest 8% slope. The planting density is about 2200 plants per hectare from which we obtain around 3ookg ha (1. 3 kg per vine). El Espejo has a really
