It is probably from the 1910s or 1920s at the latest. This was designed as a costume piece for theater or opera. There is a lot of pen writing on the inside bodice. Maybe it's the names of the actresses who wore it or the cast of the show? It is very small size, about a 28" bust. AS IS condition. Not bad for being 100+ years old, but it does have some issues.
