It has a spring loaded design which pushes cigarettes to one end of the case and when you want another one you simply push it up out of the case with a small leaver on the side

There are no markings on it

The modifications all look to me to be factory done

The wooden portion measures about 9 7 8" long. The hanger is in decent, usable condition with some wear to the finish and some light rust. The only proper way to store your dress trousers.
