British War Relief Society (Bundles for Britain) Compact (as-is) women's Price is for the entireVintage WWII British War Relief Society (BWRS) compact with the emblem of a lion and shield and the motto "Dieu et mon Droit" ("God and my right"). This same compact appears in the Dec. 17 1940 edition of Look magazine. (Magazine and pin NOT included, shown for reference only.) It is in AS IS condition, the latch is broken and it doesn't stay closed. It does have some chipped paint and general wear. Bundles for Britain was started in 1940 by Natalie
