Port Charlotte 10 Year Old 1988 followed by tropical bananaReleased in 2018, Port Charlotte 10yo (aka PC10) is now the core expression from Bruichladdich in their peated range. Produced using 100% Scottish barley, peated to 40ppm, and matured in 65% first fill ex bourbon, 10% second fill ex bourbon and 25% second fill French wine casks. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 50%. Nose: Ever present smoke that is drying, earthy, peatash in its style along with golden caramel, fudge, vanilla
