I am assuming his name to be Reinhold Brade as that name appears several times

this piece has two functions

this pouch has the rivets for the internal parts but is actually completely empty

Women's Army Trouser Liner 18R (29" Waist) wood but I can't make outOriginal WAC or army nurse women's trouser liner size 18R. MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Waist 29" Hips 41" Length 38" Inseam 25" Dated 1943. The tag inside is a little washed out, but still somewhat readable. Side button closure. Cuffs at the bottom have a few small holes, but still in fairly nice shape. Overall good condition.
