One has a bit of denting and some have a little rust

I have owned this exact paper cutter with DRP markings where that little rounded shaped area is on the Bakelite so I know this style was produced before the war but this could be early post-war made and they eliminated the markings

The box is in poor condition

but still has a fair amount of the original graphics
