The waist band on the skirt has some fraying and tears to the reinforcing material (it does not effect its look or wearability)

it measures 28" by 17 1/2" It is in overall decent usable condition

This would have been an invaluable personal item and it contains several transportation related words for trucks

This is hands down the best helmet out there

The skirt also has general discoloration / storage wear and there is a small stain on the side

Some dirt and light wear. There are a few small chips, but it is still very sturdy and usable. It measures roughly 5" in diameter.
