The High Road Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 Scotch lots of menthol and peppermintDESCRIPTION Crafted predominantly from Cabernet Sauvignon (96%) with a small addition of Petit Verdot (4%), this wine draws fruit from selected vineyards across Stellenbosch. Fermentation was followed by 12 months maturation in French oak barrels, allowing structure and complexity to integrate with fruit purity. Bottled at 14. 5%.
