Ossa Chardonnay 2022 750ml MEADOWBANK - Yering StationFruit from the Belbrook vineyard was supplemented by carefully selected parcels from the Coal River Valley, Derwent Valley and East Coast. A combination of Chardonnay clones I10V1 and P58 was gently pressed into large format seasoned French oak for indigenous fermentation. The wine received minimal intervention during the 10 month levage on lees in barrel before bottling. This is proof of concept, the justification for building excitement at Belbrook.
