Water Purification Tablets for Canteens Soviet Silver Evangelische Frauenhilfe (Evangelical Women'sOriginal bottle of Halazone water purification tablets for canteens. These bottles were included in C rations, USMC first aid kits and were also distributed individually. Because of its sensitivity to humidity, Halazone was replaced in 1945 by sodium dichloroisocyanurate. Bottle is unopened and in generally good condition with some minor wear on the label.
