The wine is made by Guillaume Michaut at his small estate in the village of Beines, in the heart of the Chablis region. The domaine takes its name from the coordinates of Beines 47 degrees north and 3 degrees east reflecting Michauts preference for placing vineyard origin ahead of the winemakers
