Distilled in 1989, this 22yo was matured in an ex bourbon hogshead before being bottled in October 2011. Only 222 bottles produced. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 50. 1%. Nose: Toffee, vanilla, clover and grass. Palate: Dry and smooth with a lingering sweetness. Finish: A short but lovely ending.
